Rinrainy Island Cottage is a uniquely situated holiday accommodation, the only property on the small island just off the coast of this beautiful part of County Donegal. The cottage is totally secluded with its own sandy beach and is perfectly safe for swimming. Although in a remote setting, the cottage is nevertheless close by to the area's main centres of activity; the fishing village of Burtonport is two miles away and the town of Dungloe is five miles away.

It is possible to drive onto the island around the times of low tide but for a few hours around high tide it is only approachable by boat. A small boat with an outboard motor can be supplied by the owner but it is at the client's own risk. Arrival and departure times are variable according to the tides.
